Mon 1830 Boxfit (all levels welcome)

Tue 0930 ladies only Boxfit

Tue 1700 kids boxing 9-15 yrs

Tue 1800 senior boxing 16+ SELF TRAIN

Wed 1830 WBC BOXFIT

Thur PT clients only from 12pm onwards

Fri 1800 Boxfit (all levels welcome)
