Instructor Jon Sarl is a 1st Dan Black Belt and holds 1 British title and 1 European title with the WFMC and was resident instructor at clubs in Werrington, Peterborough and now operating from Jims Gym in Sleaford, Lincolnshire. Fully Enhanced DBS checked, First Aid and Safeguarding qualified offering a Martial Arts solution for all ages from 12 years and upwards.

1. Follow a structured inhouse

designed national recognised Kickboxing Syllabus which includes an element of self-defense, providing a pathway from White to Black Belt for those who wish to progress this way.

2. We also offer advice, coaching and support for those wishing to enter competitions. We can cater for Neurodiverse kids and adults and are Ambassadors for Fighting For Autism Europe

4. We support the Martial Artists Against Bullying (MAAB) program and include elements of this within our sessions
