It doesn’t have to be your best workout. It doesn’t have to be perfect.
It just has to happen.

Because progress isn’t built on the days when everything feels easy.

HOLIDAY CHILDCARE… SORTED 😂

Stuck for childcare during the school holidays and worried you won’t be able to get your workout in?

Fear not… bring them with you! 🙌

Our little helpers are always welcome at EmpowHER

They can sit upstairs, bring something to keep them entertained… or, if they’re anything like this little lady, they can get stuck into our cleaning jobs! 😂

Although we’re not entirely convinced she was actually mopping the floor… we think she was aiming to create an indoor swimming pool! 🏊‍♀️🤣

But seriously, yes, your children can come along while you train. We know school holidays can make getting to the gym tricky, and we’d much rather you bring them with you than miss your session.

All we ask is that they are well behaved and respectful of the gym and other gym members.

So no more “I can’t get to the gym because I’ve got the kids!”

Bring them along. We’ve got you. 🫶

Sometimes we’re so busy looking for the next quick fix that we forget about the things our body actually asks for every single day.

Movement. 🚶‍♀️
Fresh air. 🌿
Sunlight. ☀️
Good food. 🥗
Water. 💧
Quality sleep. 😴

None of these are a magic cure, and they certainly don’t replace medication when medication is needed.

But they are the foundations.

Exercise can lift your mood and build your strength. Getting outside gives your mind a chance to breathe. Good food and hydration fuel you properly. Sleep gives your body and brain the chance to recover.

And sometimes the most powerful thing you can do for yourself isn’t adding something else…

It’s getting back to the basics.

Move your body.
Step outside.
Eat something that nourishes you.
Drink the water.
Put the phone down.
Get some sleep.

Look after yourself like you actually matter. Because you do. 💗

A range of quality strength equipment — including our gorgeous GymLeco kit.

Air conditioning AND heating — cool in the summer, warm in the winter. Because nobody wants to train in a sauna… or a freezer!

A huge car park — no having to pay for parking.

Clean & well looked after — because no one likes a stinky gym.

5am–10pm, 7 days a week — Always a time to train.

Coaches who actually want to help — whether you’re completely new to the gym or know exactly what you’re doing, we’re always happy to point you in the right direction.

Classes included in your membership — Strength, B***y, functional , Core & more.

Junior memberships from 11 years old — because confidence and strength should start young.

A genuine community — women who encourage each other, celebrate each other’s wins.

And perhaps most importantly…

We’ve been doing this for 3+ years.

We’re constantly improving, adding equipment, developing classes and listening to our members.

Due to a few bookings not being secured, we now have a handful of spaces available on our next 6-week Mama & Me programme.

👶 Mums & babies (newborn–12 months)
💷 £40 for the full 6-week block
✅ Payment is required to secure your place

Starting Monday 27th July

🕤 9:30am – 4 spaces remaining
🕥 10:30am – 1 space remaining

Our classes are designed to help you rebuild strength, bond with your baby, and meet other local mums in a relaxed, supportive environment.
