Our parties are fully supervised by our coaches and held in our private female only gym , creating a safe and empowering environment for every girl to feel strong, confident and celebrated.

🌈 MINI MOVERS (Ages 6–8)Fun movement games, confidence building & teamwork

💪 STRONG GIRLS (Ages 9–11)Intro to fitness, gym-style exercises & fun challenges
