Welcome to September!

(Excuse me where the heck has this year gone!?)

Along with all our normal weekly classes weve got some exciting things going on.

Jacqui Taylor (she/her) starts her mediation course, theres still time to book. Ive signed myself up for this one and embracing some self care.

Menopause Yoga Teacher Emma Jane will be running her menopause classes every friday. She has some amazing tips and trick up her sleeve to support you.

SuZen Yoga has her monthly Nidra class, a true opertuinty to rest and do nothing!

Then me Sunstone Yoga, i have 2 restorative classes this month which are filling up nicely. But its a perfect way to refill your energy after this exhasting summer holiday!

Our weekly timetable continues to grow, with welcoming classes running throughout the week for beginners and experienced yogis alike.

Alongside our regular classes, we're also hosting a fantastic range of workshops and wellbeing events, including Sound Baths, Yoga Nidra, Reiki & Meditation, Kirtan, meditation courses and practical talks on mental wellbeing.

Every session is led by one of our wonderful independent teachers, each bringing their own experience, passion and approach to creating a welcoming space for our community.

Greatful for the full classes this week even in the heat.

Over the next couple of months classes may be a little sporadic to allow for holidays for teachers and quiter times with students. Therefore please book your classes early to ensure they run!

A gentle reminder that alongside our normal classes we have a free talk on meditation and mindset this Tuesday and Restorative Yoga on Friday.
