Riverside caravan site is at the gateway to the north Yorkshire dales. It offers a fantastic location for people who want to discover the many delights of north Yorkshire. Come along in your caravan, motorhome or tent, and take in the surrounding views, local walks and countryside. Enjoy the scenery all around you when sat relaxing by your caravan. There are family walks along the river aire into

cononley or to skipton. If you want to go futher a field you can get the train in the village( which run to skipton every 15 minutes,) or you could go the other way to saltaire , Bradford or leeds. Where you can take it easy soaking in the nature around you and in the process it doesn't break the bank. The camping field is set in a ideal place with 360 degree views, and just a stroll to the river aire.yet the village aminaties are only 3\4 minutes walk away, where you will find a village shop/postoffice , 2 pubs a chineese take away , a train station and bus stops. Local places to visit within close proximity to the campsite are skipton Bolton abbey, malham cove,Llinton, Grassington, Burnsall, and Sataire . We have an information area onsite providing walking maps and leaflets on whats on in the local area. A good range of facilities are onsite for the use of campers, which include showers. Toilets,( disabled included)washing up areas, fridge and separate freezer, childrens playarea, dog walks, a separate field for ball games,. All tent pitches are suitable for large family tents and a car at the side of the tent. These grass pitches are also suitable for vw campers , mh and caravans , if you have a larger van and require hardstanding we have 5 pitches for those requirements. We are a dog friendly site, but ask that all dogs must be secured at all times

We have bins for litter and recycling. Hikers and cyclers are must welcome . Please note we have a strict no noise policy after 11pm .

We are working towards reopening on the 4th July 2020 depending on Government restrictions and rules.

We do not yet know when the government will lift the restrictions on campsites and allow us to open again. If you would like to book camping later this season, we are still taking bookings for July onward but with some new Terms and Conditions in place:

This campsite, near Skipton, in the Yorkshire Dales, is nestled in the quiet village of Cononley, this small family run site is situated 3 miles from Skipton, the gateway to the dales. This is a lively market town, with excellent shopping, Norman castle and canal boat trips.

The site boasts gorgeous views of the surrounding hills and countryside,the perfect setting for a peaceful and relaxing holiday or short break. Set in 3 acre of level grassed land with toilets, shower-room & electric hook ups. We have pitches for 5 motor homes or caravans, hard standing pitches for the winter, and 30 tent pitches.

For those who like fishing there are footpaths leading to the nearby River Aire. The camp site is only 300m walk from the heart of the village, which boasts two dog-friendly pubs.

There is an excellent railway station in the village with links to Skipton, Settle/Carlisle, Keighley, Bingley and Leeds.We are a members site( camping and caravanning club) new comers are always welcome.
