BridgeHill Day Service We are committed to providing a safe, fun environment where members can learn healthy living and life skills.

We will help members develop a healthy lifestyle through life skills, sports exercise and creative art. We are based in Skelton Youth and Community Centre, this gives our service users contact with the local community using the centre to develop social skills. Our location lets us take advantage of the beautiful East Cleveland countryside to enjoy local walks. Local shops are 5 minutes away allowing us to take advantage to manage money and complete shopping tasks.

BridgeHill Day Service has spaces available for new people to join our fantastic community!

We provide a friendly, inclusive environment where people can build confidence, develop life skills, make friends, and enjoy a wide range of meaningful activities and opportunities.

☀️😃 Happy Monday 😃 ☀️

Our BridgeHill Day Service Middlesbrough site were the first to test out our very own minibus that we can now enjoy in collaboration with Grangetown Netball Club 🚌 The group started the week with a 5km walk through Flatts Lane Woodland Country Park, followed by some outdoor sports.

Some of our Skelton group have followed through with their commitment to a healthier lifestyle by starting their “couch to 5k” journey.

What a way to start the week, well done everyone 🤩👏🏼

A brilliant day in Middlesbrough celebrating a birthday yesterday 🎉

We used our independent travel training skills to get to Middlesbrough, accessing the local bus service. 🚌

We had a wander round the shops, enjoyed a lovely dinner out, and most importantly kept building those all-important independence and communication skills along the way.

Every trip like this is another step forward, and today was full of confidence, laughter, and well-earned treats 🍰✨
