Tonight’s session was a masterclass in intensity! 🥵

The energy was through the roof. We had the chance to really dive into some technical, pro-style pad combos interspersed with some absolutely "killer" core mat work to finish the session off.

A massive well done to those that came and gave it everything🥊🥊🥊
