💪🏅 TEAM TNT CONQUERS TOUGH MUDDER 2026! 🏅💪

What a day!

4th July 2026, Team TNT took on the 15K Tough Mudder at Belvoir Castle, tackling an incredible 21 obstacles along the way. It was muddy, exhausting, challenging, and at times it pushed every single one of us well outside our comfort zones.

There were moments when our legs were tired, our bodies were aching, and our minds were telling us to stop. But Tough Mudder didn’t defeat us. We stuck together, supported one another, and crossed that finish line as a team.

Every one of us faced our own individual battles throughout the course. Whether it was overcoming fears, fighting fatigue, managing injuries, or simply digging deep when there was nothing left in the tank, each person showed incredible resilience and determination. Together, we overcame every obstacle that stood in our way.

One of the most inspiring parts of the day was seeing the true community spirit that Tough Mudder is famous for. Complete strangers helping each other over walls, pulling one another through mud, offering encouragement when it was needed most……..it felt so much like the values we live by every day at TNT.

We couldn’t be prouder of every single member of team TNT. The effort, teamwork, courage, and support shown throughout the day was something truly special.

To everyone who took part…….thank you for representing TNT so brilliantly. To all our fellow members who came to spectate and throw us abundance of support………thank you ❤️

And to those who watched from afar and thought, “Maybe I could do that…” we’d love for even more of our members at TNT to join us at Belvoir Castle next year. If this weekend proved anything, it’s that you are capable of far more than you think when you’ve got an amazing team beside you.

🚧 Gym Notice – Unmanned Hours Tomorrow 🚧

Just a quick heads-up to all our members and potential day passes that TNT will be unmanned tomorrow as myself (Laura) and a group of our amazing members will be taking on Tough Mudder 15K 2026! 💪🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

The gym will remain open as normal for 24/7 members to use, but there will be no staff on site throughout the day. And that means also unfortunately no day passes.

We’d like to wish all of our TNT Mudders the very best of luck as they tackle the obstacles, mud, and miles ahead. We know you’ll all do the TNT community proud! 🧡 Also a huge thank you to our members who are making the journey to be there cheering us all on and helping us with so much support! We won’t be able to do this without you! 🏋🏼🧨

We can’t wait to share some photos and stories from the event when we’re back! Let’s do this! 👊🏼🙌🏼

🏋🏼🧨❤️Happy Father’s Day to all of our incredible TNT dads!❤️🧨🏋🏼

Today we celebrate the fathers, stepfathers, grandads, father figures, and role models who show up every day for their families.

Being a dad is one of the most important jobs in the world. It takes strength, patience, sacrifice, and love. And we see those qualities reflected in so many of the men who walk through our doors.

Thank you for being positive role models, for looking after your health, and for showing your children the value of hard work, resilience, and self care.

From all of us at TNT, we wish you a fantastic Father’s Day filled with appreciation, laughter, and time spent with the people who matter most.

Farewell Kieran Parker 🏋🏼🧨❤️

Today we say goodbye to our PT, Kieran, as he leaves TNT to begin an exciting new chapter in his career as an electrician.

Kieran has been a valued part of TNT since we pretty much opened our doors, bringing his knowledge, encouragement, humour, and support to so many of our members. He has helped people build confidence, achieve goals, and become stronger both physically and mentally. He will be greatly missed by members and our team ❤️

While we’re sad to see him go, we’re incredibly proud of him and wish him every success in his new career. Kieran has worked so hard for this and we know he’ll absolutely smash it!

The good news is that Kieran won’t be a stranger. He’ll be popping in and out from time to time, so hopefully we’ll all still get to see his face and catch up with him in the future.

From everyone at TNT…….. THANK YOU for everything you’ve done. We wish you all the best on your new adventure!

Good luck our Kieran……. You’ll always be part of the TNT team and me and Carl genuinely have made a wonderful friend for life 🏋🏼🧨❤️

You could Unlock your full potential & earn £15-50 per hour as a TNT Personal Trainer, putting your passion & knowledge into your own business, operating on a self employed basis.
You could earn £££’s a day/week/month if you want to.

We don’t ask for floor rent, anything from your earnings, or require any fees for sessions from yourself.
Simply provide us with a regular 16 hours per week in the gym (in which you can train your own clients and still earn your own hourly rate) and we’ll provide you with access to Wainfleet’s ONLY gym to take your business to the next level!
Plus you’ll get access to the gym 24/7 for yourself and the Sunbed will be free for you to use if you wished ☀️💪🏻
