Skegness JuJitsu A martial arts club that welcomes anyone from the age of 8 onwards who wants to have a go at JuJitsu

Skegness JuJitsu is part of the Skegness Judokwai Judo and JuJitsu club and as such offers both of these martial arts. It operates a family friendly environment and accepts students from as young as 4 years old (Judo) and 8 years old (Jujitsu). We train every Friday night from 18:30 - 20:00 with the following session times:

Judo: 18:30 - 20:00
JuJitsu: 18:30 - 20:00

The club is a fun place where

you will make new friends and learn many new things and we hope that you will decide to come and train with us whether it be for fun, fitness or just something new.

A quick reminder, training resumes this Friday as usual at 6:30pm. Please remember to bring your licence if it is due for renewal.

Well that's all done. Another excellent week at the Bushido Zazen Easter Course. A huge thanks to everyone who helps organise this.

A massive congratulations to all who graded this week including our very own Kalum Oselton-williams and Dean Syd Fox who both achieved Shodan (1st Dan Black Belt) in Iaido and Aidan Fox who achieved his ikkyu (1st Kyu Brown Belt) in Iaido.

Finally thank you Bushido ZaZen, we couldn't do this without all the effort the society puts in. Every single one of you. We look forward to seeing you all again soon.

Training resumes for us as usual on Friday 25th of April at 6:30pm for Judo and Iaido.

So the Easter Course has started once again. 6 days of a variety of martial arts to try out at the Skegness Grammar School sport hall.

Prices are as follows:
Full course fee for a Senior member, £30.00
Full course for a Junior member £15.00
Family Ticket £75.00
A family ticket is for two parents and all their own children under 16 years of age.

Daily course fee for a Senior member £6.00
Daily course fee for a Junior member £3.00
Daily course fee for a Family ticket £15.00

We're back to training starting from tomorrow night, 06/09/2024. Judo and Iaido will both start at 6:30pm until 8pm, so why not come along and have a go, your first lesson is free after all. Jujitsu will begin again on the 20/09/2024 in place of Iaido.

It's been a few days now but we had such an amazing Easter Course this year courtesy of Bushido ZaZen. Lots of different martial arts going on and we're all looking forward to Easter 2025. A huge thank you goes out to all of those involved in organising and running the course as well as all to all of the society's members for keeping this going.

Skegness Jujitsu is now closed for Easter however, from today until the 4th of April we are the host of the Bushido Zazen International Martial Arts Society Easter Course.

This takes place in the Skegness Grammar School sports hall from 10am - 5pm each day with a variety of martial arts being offered., see timetable below:

Just to let everyone know, we are back to training Judo / Jujitsu this Friday at the grammar school 6.30pm til 8pm.
Anyone new interested feel free to come along, first lesson is free and only £2.60 per session after.

Quick update: This Friday (27/05/22) will be a Kobudo session instead of the usual Jujitsu session. This will not affect the Judo session
