Our 8 berth caravan is situated on the prestigious 5* Southview Leisure Park in Skegness. The caravan has 3 bedrooms, one double and two singles with twin beds, all with fitted wardrobes. There is also a double bed located in the lounge .All duvets and pillows are provided for the beds, you just need to bring your own linen and towels ,we can however, supply these for a small fee. The lounge
and dining area is very comfortable with a new flat screen tv with freeview and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size cooker, microwave , fridge, toaster, in fact everything you would need for a self catering holiday. Bathroom consists of small bath with shower over, wash basin and toilet. There is also a vacuum cleaner, clothes- airer, iron and ironing board. All your gas and electric is included at no extra cost. Booking Conditions:-
The maximum occupancy is 8 persons. Groups of single s*x parties are not permitted (site rules)
Lead name must be over 21 years old. All names of persons staying in the caravan must be given at time of booking. Please note:- If you have children staying, be aware the fishing lakes and water features are NOT fenced off. A small dog may be accepted at our discretion with your assurance he/she is house trained, well behaved and is not allowed on beds or seating areas, thus avoiding an extra charge for a deep clean due to dog hairs. Please note: Your dog must be kept on lead around site. A £50 deposit per week is required to secure your booking. New bookings will be held for 5 days to allow for deposit payment to be received. The final balance must be paid no later than 28 days before commencement of holiday or caravan may be re-let and deposit forfeited. A £75 security bond will be added to the final price, this will be refunded within 7/10 working days of your departure, providing there are no breakages or damage. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, bank transfer or PayPal. Vacate:- 11.00 a.m. Southview is a beautiful 5* leisure park and has been awarded Gold Star status for the past few years. There are amenities on site that will suit all preferences, such as the new 2013 indoor pool with whirlpool bath and water chute, children’s pool and seating areas. Sunbeds and sauna. Fully equipped gym and multi sports court. Fishing lakes and 9 hole golf course, bowling green and recently extended snooker lounge. Children’s playground and play park. Daily entertainment and activities for all the family. Family evenings with live entertainment in The Lakeview Family Showbar, which also has a food and takeaway service. There is also The Boathouse Bar and Restaurant and The Orangery Restaurant. A new extended amusement arcade, plus internet café, Nisa convenience store and launderette. Please note:- Some of the above will require passes for entry. Passes can be purchased from reception on site. A few minutes drive from Southview are the beautiful unspoilt sandy beaches of Skegness, Chapel St. Leonards and Ingoldmells which incidentally, apart from being well known for Fantasy Island, has a large outdoor market. Also a short drive away is the National Trust property at Gunby Hall, Gibraltar Point and the Lincolnshire Fens and many more attractions to suit all tastes. There is a bus service which runs direct from Southview to Skegness town. In November/December the gorgeous baby seals can be seen on Donner Nook beaches, which is approximately 45 minutes drive from Southview. Southview Leisure Park has a 24 hour security force.
