I wanted to make the previous announcement to stand out so sorry it was a bit short on non relavent information. I am due to have surgery on an aneurism which will hopefully be done within the month of May. I have been in discussion with Emma at East Lindsey about the possibility of opening for the Summer holidays if I was recovered in time. In recent weeks the council have sold the land next to mine to Travel lodge / Starbucks for £1. I have been told that as work is due to start very soon that for safety reasons etc. that will be able to open this Summer. I was hoping that work would not start until after the main holiday purely based on common sense. Having moved the main car park entrance to the bottom of South Parade it did seem stupid to then introduce lorries and building work to the equation. But if you sell land for a £1 you are not going to tell them when they can start work. On a posative note I would like to thank each and everyone of you for making the last 6 years a wonderful part of my life. If my opp goes OK and the bulk of the building work is done there may be an offer for next year. Thank you x
