Simon came to me and committed to my 12-week Shred Plan, and the results speak for themselves.
Over the 12 weeks, Simon has lost 11.1kg (24lb), dropping from 87.9kg to 76.8kg, significantly reducing his body fat and completely transforming his physique. The side-by-side comparisons clearly show what can be achieved with the right plan, consistency, and effort.
What makes this even more impressive is that this phase included Christmas and New Year. Simon had a very short off-plan period, handled it properly and was straight back on plan. His weight is down over this time also!
Simon has absolutely smashed this phase and off the back of how well things have gone, he’s decided to continue working with me. We’ll now be moving into an off-season phase very soon, with the focus shifting towards adding quality muscle while keeping everything structured and controlled.
