We are Located in 30 acres of landscaped gardens, offering a chance to escape the busy town centre and exercise in a relaxed, friendly environment. Our facilities include - free car parking, large cardiovascular area, resistance area and free weights room, squash, sauna, & personal training. You can pay monthly by direct debit or simply pay -per-session.

Hi Everyone-
On Tuesday 17th June 2025, Bottom Pond Road will be temporarily closed to allow for pothole repairs that have been deemed “safety critical” by KCC.

KCC have stated that the repairs should take no more than 2 hours and once completed, the road will be re-opened.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
