Our friends from Marden Bowls Club were our visitors this afternoon (playing for the wellie boot) and they were, very generous in supporting our Breast Cancer Awarness weekend, and we would like to say thank you. Following, our great weekend we would also like to say thank you to the local businesses that supported us. You know who you are and we are most grateful. This is a great Club, with a rich history and long may that continue.

Well the rain has been and gone and it's a glorious day for bowling. Today we welcome bowling friends from Ashford Rail Bowls Club. Play starts at 1500 so if you fancy having a look please do pop in. It's a great way to meet new friends - have fun and learn how to play a new sport.

A bit of rain never hurt anyone. Events to be aware of Open Day Saturday the 3rd May 1030 - 1500. VE Day Open Afternoon 8th May from 1430. Big Bowls Weekend 23rd May from 1530. Come in have a look have a go it costs nothing to have a peek. It truly is a game for all ages and abilities. An all inclusive Club where fun is the main focus.
