This time last year….. it was Blitz time!
We tried a bit of everything! ❤️ A great one!!

👋 just a reminder that there’s unfortunately no ((BOUNCE)) this week coming; I’m currently in Ireland 🇮🇪 on a very mini break!

Then sadly there are just 2 more classes; one Monday 13th March & the other Monday 20th March (both 6.45pm start) before the ((BOUNCE)) Sittingbourne franchise comes to an end 😢.

((BOUNCE)) Sittingbourne has been here for an incredible 4 years but sadly all good things have to come to an end at some point. If nothing else; to help us appreciate quite how brilliant something was in the first place 😘….. and I’m so pleased to see we’re able to go out on a high with the classes fully booked once again! 🙌 💕 Thank you so much ###

I won’t however be totally disappearing from Sittingbourne as far as the group fitness scene goes and have created an opportunity to continue to train with me here at Bayford Meadows from Monday 27th March.

I ran a ‘Train with me’ taster session last week and was joined by 8 fabulous ladies who I think 🤔 enjoyed themselves and worked hard too 💪🥵…. But maybe we’ll have to ask them?? 🤣

If you’d like to get involved and want to continue to train with me; I’d love to keep seeing you; so do take a look at my website below. But if it doesn’t look your type of class that’s absolutely fine too; I honestly do appreciate all your past support and enthusiasm for ((BOUNCE)) .

THANK YOU to Jess & Becca for being the best ((BOUNCE)) buddies I could ever have wished for. We’ve had some INCREDIBLE times on this journey and I honestly believe we created something a little bit different here at ((BOUNCE)) Sittingbourne.

I’ll definitely miss our times together 😢.. but as you say Jess…… how lucky 🍀 have we been …..to not only meet and enjoy time together but encourage others to get fit whilst doing it!!!
