Just wanted to say a massive well done to all the archers who shot at this year's Junior County Outdoor Championships at SCCA this weekend. You all did amazingly and should be proud of yourselves. Also we must thank all of the helpers and raffle prize donators who made the day go so smoothly for the archers. Without your help we could not run events like this. Today SCCA hosts their final outdoor competition of the season being held at The Sittingbourne School. It's the SCCA and Timeless Furniture Kent Fita 900 which incorporates the KAA Junior Outdoor Championship.

An amazing day yesterday at our record status longbow and barebow competition. The sun shone and we had a light breeze to keep us cooler. Everyone had a fantastic time and the camaraderie on the field was wonderful. Many thanks to Raven Longbows and Clickers Archery for their sponsorship of SCCA, and special thanks go to our two judges Tony Harris and Marc Carroll who stepped in at the last minute to ensure we could hold the shoot as a record status event. But we could hold these events without some special people giving up their Saturdays time and again to help out. So a big shout out to Kate Sarah , Ruby Westley , Carol Diment and Amilia, for their help at both yesterdays and last weekends competitions. You are truly awesome 😎

Today SCCA welcome Barebow and Longbow archers from across the county and further afield as part of our Raven Longbows and SCCA competition which incorporates the Kent Longbow Shoot.
