First Threshold session complete ✅

Block 1: All about time on the ergs !! moving through every heart rate zone, from steady Zone 3 all the way up to max effort Zone 5, then learning how to recover while still working.

Block 2: Short, sharp bursts of hard effort. All about getting comfortable with being uncomfortable.

Around 60 minutes of quality training, all sessions are designed to help you take your fitness up a level, smash a previous race time, or test your mental toughness.

Threshold: A class built for progress. The only goal here is improvement. !!
