Dawn Elizabeth School of Dance Dawn Elizabeth School of Dance provides stage dance classes for pupils from 3 years to young adults. Weekly class fees currently start from £2.50 per half hour.

Mrs Dawn Elizabeth Callis trained from the age of 4 and her love of dance and performing inspired her decision to start Dawn Elizabeth School of Dance in Sileby in 1985. She has also been an Examiner for the Dance and Drama Academy for the past 25 years. The Dawn Elizabeth School of Dance offers a range of affordable classes for pupils from 3 years through to young adults. Classes are arranged spe

cifically during the week according to age group and standard. The subjects of Ballet, Tap, Acrobatic, Theatre, Modern and National are all taught from Beginner through to Advanced level. The school works to the Dance and Drama Academy syllabus and has an excellent record of results in examinations and medals. All classes are taught by the principal, with assistance of her qualified daughter, in a safe and friendly environment. We have an enthusiastic approach to teaching and promote good behaviour and kindness in classes whilst encouraging pupils with lots of support and praise. A free trial class is offered for any prospective new pupil.

Hi to my Monday class parents!
Unfortunately the floods are causing unpredictable journeys today which I am aware is concerning many. In the interests of safety for all, I feel it best not to hold today's dance classes.
If you know of any who may not see this post may I ask that you kindly pass this on to them please.
Sincere apologies and we look forward to seeing you back at dancing next week.

Hi everyone.

We have been closely watching all the flooding coverage for our area over the past few days. Massive thanks should go to the volunteer flood wardens and to all those who supported others including the stranded horses and livestock during the effects of this period of extreme weather!

I sincerely hope that everyone has managed to stay safe and we look forward to welcoming our youngest dancers back to their classes as our new term begins tomorrow.

Hi everyone!
I have been monitoring info from the hardworking volunteer flood wardens in Sileby and hope you have all stayed safe over the Half Term Break. Sileby Parish Council have assured me this morning that the situation has greatly improved in the centre of Sileby.

So...our normal classes will be held today!!!😀

Please be assured we will be there to see our young dancers this afternoon. Just hope we don't get too stuck with the roadworks and heavy traffic!

Our brilliant exam session at the end of last term left us feeling so proud of all our lovely dancers! 🤩
