I made banana and peanut butter ice cream for my dog, using my ice cream wand. The Devon heat is fierce πŸ”₯ this week, but he's the happiest hot-dog around. But even he has treats in moderation.... well, moderation for a labrador πŸ‘…πŸ˜

Just like my client on my previous post (who also delved into the world of HYROX- the energy is contagious in this AS FiT community πŸ˜†), Nikki threw herself out of her comfort zone and found, not only did she enjoy it but it quietened the negative voices that had held her back. I don't think there'll be any chance of stopping her nowπŸ‘ŠπŸ½
