Now that sea is cooling off, anyone for 1:1 Coaching to keep their swimming fitness up over the winter?

We also have 2 group spaces on Mondays at 6.45pm for improver swimmers. (Should be able to swim 50m Front Crawl who perhaps need help with the breathing etc). Please email us at [email protected]

Fabulous swim groups this weekend. We ran an 'Introduction to Open Water Breaststroke group' and an 'Experienced Front Crawl group'. We were impressed with how well they did. 🏊‍♀️😁👏
