SMALL GROUP PT WRAPPED
Come and join us for a quick fire session, normally 1 hour, all wrapped up in 1 minute 🏋️🏋️♀️💪
Our sessions all follow a similar structure, making sure nothing is forgotten or left to chance . Members soon learn the basic layout taking away the anxiety and unknown associated with getting started in gym. All sessions are tailored to allow for individual ability, fitness level and injury history making sure your session suits you!
Sessions are broken down into blocks, each one focusing on a different element of fitness
Block A - Warm up and mobility - making sure muscles and joints are prepped and ready for the upcoming session
Block B - Strength and power - here we look at developing strength in our major muscle groups and making sure we are able to express this strength quickly when needed (power)
Block C - Muscular endurance and hypertrophy - making sure the muscles are able perform movements repeatedly without fatigue whilst building some lean muscle mass
Block D - Aerobic conditioning or body part focus - here our members chose how they finish the session either focusing on building some aerobic fitness with short, scalable cardio challenges or targeting a particular area of the body with circuits designed to improve a specific body area or muscle group.
Block E - Cool down and steady, static stretching to ease members out if their session so they are ready to hit the rest of their day with energy and focus
