To all my lovely Jungle Ladies,

Jungle Body with Lou will be going on a break whilst I’m on maternity leave, the class will not be covered. It was a difficult decision but I will be back in early 2026 to dance with you all again!

Thank you for your passion, support and energy. It’s been an absolute pleasure.

Keep your eyes peeled for updates ahead of the new year return! And of course, baby updates!!
