Our 'Sensible Self Defence' Workshops, aren't what you may imagine.

A key component of every session is the opportunity to sit down, and discuss the world around us. We explore the elements of SELF-PROTECTION, both in theory, and physicality.

On a personal level: When I was five years old, I was taken from my garden and tortured by a pe*****le (too much information? We have no choice other than to face the truth of what is out/in there). At the age of six, I was robbed and had my throat slashed. In my teens, someone close to me (who suffered from serious mental health problems) attempted to plunge a kitchen knife into my chest. Yes, the truth is ugly, and people generally shrink away from it. They want to hide it. We imagine that it will never happen to us, or the one's we love.

These experiences, alongside many years of 'Visceral Entrainment' within a unique group, have always compelled me to aid others as they deal with their inherent vulnerability.
