At LHP, we usually start with the feet. Not because they’re the problem—but because they're doing a lot, all day. Adjusting, supporting, taking your weight. And over time they can become a bit less responsive, not moving quite as easily as they could. So other parts of the body step in a little more. Help out. Take on a bit of the load. Which is often where things start to feel tight, or a bit stuck.
This is just a simple place to begin - release your feet. Nothing big. Just seeing what changes, when the feet move a bit more freely 🤍
