Tonight we went over to the gang at Oswestry Boxing Club for some brilliant rounds with their members.

Massive thank you to everyone for having us, it’s always best to branch out with those that you’re sparring so we don’t become complacent!

🐼🥊 SHOULD YOU START BOXING? 🐼🥊

I mean, the answer is always YES. But if not just boxing, why not add in a little resistance training if you haven’t already?

This is only one of the many studies that prove just how brilliant exercise can be!

And this study in particular shows no better results after 120 mins/week of training, so you don’t have to be an absolute gym nut to reap health and wellbeing benefits!

Start off small, then go from there!

🐼🥊 UPDATE ON OUR TELFORD UWCB CAMP 🥊🐼

These guys have been smashing it the past week or so. They have been putting in 110% and grinding!

Their fitness is already improving, and we’ve got the basic fundamentals now on lock.

Well done everyone, what an amazing thing you’re all doing!

🐼🥊 FIRST SHREWSBURY UWCB CAMP SESSION 🐼🥊

In the blistering heat, we had some of our amazing camp of new UWCB fighters step in to learn the fundamentals of boxing.

A bit of fitness, and right into the bare basics!

These guys SMASHED it!

We are already at over £2,000 raised for charity and we’ve only just begun the 8 week training camp!
