RunTogether Shrewsbury
Let us introduce ourselves. Our names are Anna and Sharon and we are friends and we are runners. We are also UK Athletics qualified Coaches in Running Fitness and we want to help and encourage those of you that both new to running and also those that want to run but are unsure where to start.
RunTogether Groups are part of a nationwide programme created by England Athletics programme to help more people enjoy running with others. RunTogether Shrewsbury will take place on a Friday evening 6-7pm. We would like to offer sessions for two groups:
Get me started
These sessions are for you if you're a beginner runner/ jogger, or if you've not run for a while and want a gentle introduction. There is no minimum standard or level of experience. It's fine to walk a bit, jog a bit, walk a bit more. As the name suggests, it's about helping you to get started.
