The last month I’ve been back at the gym training regularly after 4 months of illness. My strength and cardio capacity are coming back quicker than I thought and I’m really enjoying being back training. Tested some heavy singles in the last week hitting 95kg back squats and 115 deadlift. I’m still quite away from my lifetime 1rm figures (112.5 bs and 140dl) but I know it’s coming back 💪💪
