Want to build up to completing your first 5k like I did today but don't enjoy unstimulating urban routes?
Join us at Haughmond Hill - Forestry England on Sunday 5th January (this weekend) at 10.30am for an introductory session to jogging, learn my basic warm up and cool down while focusing on our peaceful surroundings 😊

Bring a friend (2 or 4 legs) and join us for a social jog through beautiful woodland...hope to see you there!👀😁

Do you want to try couch to 5k this year?
Would you rather train in nature and woodland than in urban areas?
Join our friendly, beginner group sessions on Sunday mornings from Jan 5th at 10.30am, January sessions are free to join and we will only be training on the short 0.8mile route and will build up to running the whole of it over each session, no need to worry about not having stamina or expectations just bring a friend, your dog or come and enjoy running with company 😊

At each session I will talk you through my basic 5 min warm up whilst consciously slowing mentally and becoming present in our beautiful, natural surroundings so that we will leave feeling refreshed and recharged physically and mentally 🙂

Are you thinking of running into 2025?
Worried about how to start and going it alone?

Why not join a small, relaxed amatuer running group where as mostly beginners we can support each other to just keep focusing on consistency and enjoyment...combined with a little mindfulness in nature to give you chance to slow down mentally while you speed up physically 😊🏃🏼‍♀️

We will be meeting for our first session on Sunday 5th January - 10.30am 📍 Haughmond Hill, Shrewsbury
January sessions are free exc £2 parking fee

JustStart is something I wanted to create as a supportive space and opportunity for ones to try out running. Personally I never expected I would find any joy in this activity however after 'Just Starting ' I discovered the amazing benefits along with real enjoyment from pushing myself that little farther each session.
I now run at least 1mile every day before breakfast and feel more positive for the rest of the day, I miss it when I don't go out!
