- Take place at the Exercise4Less Gym in Shrewsbury (http://www.xercise4less.co.uk/shrewsbury-gym)

- Registering with the gym associated with Shrewsbury and Severnside ABC will give you full use of the gym for an exclusive price of £9.99 per month

- From 6:30 to 8:30pm
