What can I say! Another great transformation in under 6 months. Another fun fact is Sam has been on about 4 holidays since we have started working together and still managed to fully transform her body and fitness. Perfection is not required, only the daily grind keeping focus on the next goal is. A key note to take from this photo is on the second page, weight has had so many peaks and troughs but the trend line is always falling. Never get dishearted by weight it is never the full picture! Commit to it for a long time then see where your at!
