A wholesome weekend 🫶🏻 I’ve enjoyed some quality time with Dan + friends, but mainly just done absolutely nothing but watch Netflix in bed with Iris 📺🙊 I’m genuinely grateful for every moment I can just relax these days! 😇 I feel tired 24/7 and really trying to nail uni + tick every box I possibly can before baby arrives so that I’m in a good position to graduate without an excessive delay 🎓 Initially I was timetabled onto placement for 2023 but my year lead wasn’t keen on the idea of me 35 weeks pregnant working long days on placement 🙈 So that’s been brought forward and I start this week instead! The next 7 weeks are going to be longgggg 👩🏽‍⚕️🦷 Wish me luck 💫

I have such a backlog of transformations so here’s a little bit of a motivational post to start your Tuesday right! ✅ Consistently drink your water, get your daily 10k steps and eat a healthy balanced diet- you’ll be well on your way to being a winner 🏆 🙌🏻
Nothing has to be complicated! Elsa trained 3x/ week, ate 1640 calories/ day and ticked boxes with improving daily habits and this is where she’s ended up 8 weeks later 😚
