How to change your life in seconds, not years!

Most people believe that they need to change something in their life, and for what it's worth I agree.

I have also directly experienced the positive and negative benefits of habit. We can all get stuck in a set of negative habits that can often reinforce each other; eating too much, not exercising because you've eaten too much yadda yadda yadda.

The opposite can be true as well. Start doing something positive, get good results which encourage you to do more positive things; developing physical fitness can be a primer for developing mental fitness.

The problem with habit it...well, it takes time to develop a habit doesn't it?

There are some ways that an impact can be made much quicker though. And they can be just as effective at changing things.

When emotion is tagged to the experience it can turbo boost the effect. Everyone of a certain age knows what they were doing on September 11th 2001. It was shocking because it was visual as well as unexpected, and it was remembered by nearly all who saw it.
We can use the same mechanism to to help change ourselves and learn things much, much faster.

The key?

Apply emotion.

Look back through your memories.

Search your feelings (I know, I know...)

The important stuff will always have an emotion tied to it.

So.
