e Caribbean, called Salsa. We have been a part of the Shrewsbury dance scene for 20+ years and is going from strength to strength. But it’s not just the dancing that appeals; the spicy latin rhythms, the and the friendly atmosphere are just a few of the main characteristics of the SalsaFever nights at the Bagley Sports and Social Club. Rohan Brown, international salsa instructor, says “Salsa crosses age and international boundaries. Nobody seems to mind if you are 18 or 80; the fun fuelled and relaxed atmosphere induces inspiration, friendship and a great way to relieve the pressures of a stressful day. It doesn’t matter if you think you can’t dance because anyone can learn. You can pick up the basic salsa moves quite quickly and be on the dance floor after just a few hours. As soon as you start, you will be hooked!”
