Classes are every Monday and Wednesday 6pm at Holy Spirit Church Harlescott

Want to ‘hit’ the new year head on and get fitter?

ParkFiiT are launching BoxFiiT a new 8 week bootcamp aimed at getting you fitter and healthier while learning a new skill 🥊

Boxing has been proven to help improve both physical and mental health

All sessions are taken on a bag or using mits. No sparing or actual fights between Bootcamp members will be taking place. This is boxing for fitness only.
