10th different locations - 8th different Welsh parkruns- 40th traitourism- parkrun #494 ( 6 to go for the big 500 !! )
Lovely event in a park , four super flat loops and everyone was amazing as you would expect from the parkrun community πŸ₯°
Legs felt strong with one week to go till Ultra so I pushed a little just to test my speed . I would have liked to have gone under 21 minutes but unfortunately I had to stop on km 2 to tie my shoe lace πŸ™„ I was sensible enough after that not to overdo it and risk an injury so close to my big race πŸ™Œ

Beautiful Coastal Path trail run πŸ˜πŸ˜Žβ˜€οΈβ›°οΈπŸ”οΈπŸƒπŸ½β€β™‚οΈβ€βž‘οΈπŸ–οΈ

My second one this week, both 8 miles ish with lots of tricky and varied terrain to negotiate (from sand to mud to stones to pebbles to grass to soft moss to gravel)
Was tough, was hot, fell over once , nearly rolled my ankle twice but loved every minute of it πŸ₯°
What an amazing and invaluable experience πŸ™Œ

Last Saturday it was the 15th anniversary of my first ever run !!
30500 km ( 19000 miles) later I’m still at it , still loving it πŸ₯°
That 4.2 km run from Bryuncrug to Tywyn on the 30th of May 2011 changed my life , it was a spark that lit up a fire that is still raging inside πŸ”₯
Had lots of adventures and made many amazing memories and lots of friends πŸ₯°

PS : To celebrate I just entered second Ultra of the year πŸ˜…
