Ruralspace wellness centre started in 2009 by Vikki as a Pilates and yoga studio but has evolved and now offers an amazing Dry Flotation experience, meditation, retreat days, women’s health education, and hypnotherapy. We offer small group a

nd one to one Yoga, Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates classes. The Mindspace programme is like personal training for you mind and helps to create new more helpful ways of thinking. It will provide you with a great personal insight and the tools to be able to manage your thoughts, feelings and emotions,enabling you to create all the health, happiness and success that you really want. This programme has already helped thousands people over come a variety of symptoms ranging from eating disorders to depression, losing weight to quiting smoking. The Mindspace programme will build your self esteem and enable you to create an internal locus of control which will be incredibly empowering so that you can make really significant changes in your life. Morning everyone have you built a snowman yet. Jack has been up Grinshill with the dogs and said it was stunning. Helen can’t get in today so this morning’s classes are cancelled but it looks like it is melting so we will open the studio at about 12pm and I will do a lunchtime class at 12.30pm - 1.30pm (let me know if you can make it) and see clients in the afternoon. Only drive if it’s safe for you to do so and remember to take care in the carpark. Enjoy the snow if you are having a snow day.
