… and this week it’s the FEKM-UK AGM - as usual it’s a great opportunity to meet all the club owners in our federation and review and plan how to get more people to find out about Krav Maga and why it is the best self defence system in the world.

It’s that time again - the European meeting of all the heads of the FEKM in all the member countries. Always a great opportunity to be right at the edge of what is happening across the federation and also some time to train with some of the best Krav Maga practitioners there is!

Fantastic day yesterday at the 2026 International Masters Course with Benjamin Sarfati .benjamin - working on the fight programme and moving into wrestling takedowns. Hard work but illuminating !

Well done for the effort in keeping going and getting your black belt - it’s been quite a challenge all things considered!

First masterclass of 2026 ! Really good to be up in hosted by Kurt - and it was good to meet members new and old , as well as few notable individuals from !

The content was about grabs and holds and working on understanding some of the core principles of movement, balance and using the strength of your body. I love these sessions because it gets right into the fundamentals and everyone both new and old gets something out of it.

Excellent weekend at the National Grading and Masterclass in Birmingham- thanks to for coming from Paris and to for sorting out the location and evening meal. Well done to Josh for his 1st Darga and Louis for his second and all the students from and who attended and attained their grade.
