All pitch and refreshment money will go to our small volunteer RDA Group (to help cover our insurance and affiliation to RDA costs) and to help us continue to give wonderful riding experiences to our young disabled riders.

Welcome to our page!🐴

Our Group originated in North Shropshire (hence the name) but in recent years we have been lucky enough to be able to use the fabulous facilities and wonderful ponies at
Stonyford Riding Centre, Annscroft just south of Shrewsbury.
We provide a carefully supervised riding experience for children with a wide range of disabilities.
Riding and and all contact with these incredible equines is known to be of immense benefit both physically and psychologically.

Our aim is to keep you informed of all our activities and to invite you to join us if you wish.
We are always keen to welcome new volunteers. No experience required but a love of horses and a committed interested to help the less able enjoy this magical experience is essential.
Full training will be given.
We welcome disabled riders (under the age of 16yrs.)
