Introducing our U15s Girls team for the 2026-27 Season! 📣🧡🖤⚽️

On Saturday our U15 girls played in their much anticipated first league game of the season, with Shawbury providing a tough test as a team likely to go far in all competitions. From the first to the final whistle Baschurch gave a battling performance, gaining huge credit from both the opposition and our wonderful supporters. 👏

Special mention to ‘Girl of the Match’ Leah, who put in a magnificent defensive display 💪 and to Sofia who played brilliantly in her debut for the club! 🏆

The team has a new look having designed their own kit, and there are several new faces too, but they have quickly become a really strong and supportive unit. They have enjoyed an excellent preseason together, playing in tournaments, taking on some top teams and doing the club proud in the process with their great attitude and super positive approach to everything they do. 🙌

The team would like to extend its gratitude to Forge Property Consultants for their support as kit sponsors and in turn like to promote the important work of Diabetes UK who are their nominated charity, with the girls planning a fund raising event later in the year. 🫶

An exciting season awaits and we wish them all the very best! 🧡🖤⚽️

Summer is here — and we’ve got a treat for the village! ⚽

The club has bought 2 new mobile goalposts for young people to use over the school holidays. They’ll be left out for everyone to enjoy, so please take good care of them, use them safely, and treat them with respect so they’re still in great shape for the whole summer (and beyond!).
