Sunday’s - the end of the week or the start of the next?
However you see it, make sure you spend it doing something you love.
This is it for me 👆🏼🥾🍃⛰️
For the last five Sunday’s I’ve spent mine outdoors on walks and hikes, come rain or shine!
I’m grateful places like these are on my doorstep and I get to experience stunning views whenever I like.
I’m excited for the next adventure and which hill I’ll find myself at the top of next…

📸 4 week transformation for my client Emily.
Emily is a member of my UPLIFT team and has been since the programme started.

About a month ago, during one of our check in calls, Em mentioned she would like to focus more on her nutrition. Mainly because she didn’t want to get to the summer and pull out clothes that weren’t going to fit her. She wants to have the confidence to put on any outfit knowing everything is going to fit!

I could not relate to this more!

Em also knew she would benefit from a flexible approach as being a mum to two gorgeous girls and working full time, this had to fit her lifestyle.

Accountability and support is what she was lacking so we put a plan in place, set realistic targets and this is what she has achieved so far.

Where she is now 👇🏼

✔️Nearly 3 kilos down.
✔️Clothes fit better.
✔️Seeing improvements to her strength and fitness.
✔️More energy.
✔️Great sleep.
✔️Generally feeling amazing!
What have we done? 😂

👍🏼 Increased energy expenditure.
👍🏼 We speak to each other every week!
