What are you working on today?

I’ve been studying for my 30 hour Kundalini Yoga teacher training course with . I’m 25% through the video course and on the foundational techniques section in the manual.

Really enjoying it so far and looking forward to being able to offer my clients Kundalini Yoga as well as the other styles of yoga that I currently teach.
