For the last couple of months ive been working with a sports injury therapist STEEL Physiotherapy . Kevs helped me no end. The injury has healed 100% but the soft tissue and strength will still take some time. The goal is full fitness , collage work and work on site. Racing will always be there waiting for me when the time is right. 💯👍

Fast Eddy Racing Bicton was great for me. Easy start but by the end of Saturday practice i was really enjoying myself. Good move back to 4t CF Racing it felt great. Kenda Motorcycle UK absolutely perfect, Southwick 2 front was brilliant and my tyre of choice its that good! Forgot what arm pump felt like🤣🤣🤣🤣👋💪💪 Andrew Lycett

Going back four stroke!! Easing into it and wont be rushing to race. It is stubble season so hopefully ill clock some hours up. Thanks to Sterling Clinics Justin kj ERS suspension Andrew Lycett Kenda Motorcycle UK CF Racing i just didn't feel right on my 2stroke and really didn't want to ride it after my injuries. Its been a long time for me off the bike since April. Its no secret i was very nervous but Ride Events was the target i gave myself to attend as a Marshall. Clocked up 4 hrs bike time which is more than i thought and rode both days. Still a fair way to go but i think im at least at the top of this big hill now👌 racing is not even a thought but i hope to get some Saturday practice days in. Thanks to all who message me , mum and dad throughout 👍👍👍👍

My last hyperbaric session last night at Sterling Clinics in Shrewsbury. They really have spoilt me rotten and definitely aided my recovery. My surgeon was was amazed at my recent exrays. My strength and conditioning has now started and i thank everyone for their messages. Very strange 10 weeks but now im moving again. 💪💪💪💪💪💪

Went for surgery on the Talus bone in both ankles yesterday, went as well as it could 5 hours later ive got 5 screws in, now to heal 6-8 weeks off my feet. Thanks for all the messages
