Update!

As you’ve probably noticed from my rather inactive socials I’ve slowly been moving away from fitness being my full time job…

With Nath being a full time personal trainer and both of us needing to work unsociable hours with a young family, it just doesn’t work for us as a family and actually having time together.

So, over the last few months, I’ve been looking at the best potential options and I’ve made the decision to go back to office work.

I can’t wait to get started in my new role!

As for this page, it’s going to morph into more about my own training, balancing work, kids, training and life in general.

Of course I’m still more than happy to offer advice to anyone who needs it and I hope to inspire those of you in more ‘normal’ jobs to keep yourself moving and feeling the best you possibly can.❤️❤️❤️

A lovely break away in the winter sun and another half marathon completed ☑️

I won’t lie it was a real struggle, and I had a real sense of humour failure trying to get it finished in the heat but my lovely husband got me over the line!

And I really couldn’t moan to much being sat by the pool the next day 😎

Now back to it 💪🏼

18km done with my very photogenic husband 🏃🏻‍♀️ 🏃🏻‍♂️

It was not an easy one with lots of aches and pains (all mine, Nath’s only pain was me moaning even with being full of cold 🤧) but we got it done!

Just over two weeks until the half 😬💪🏼

A wholesome bank hols weekend 🥰

Slacking on posting my second week of running buuut knee strengthening and a 5k completed in just over 30 minutes again so looking good and no pain.

Now to keep it up and up the mileage again - maybe a 15k for a good challenge this week 👀👀👀
