We have been granted further funding from Lingen Davies Cancer Support to establish our new initiative to support those living with cancer - Coffee & Connection.

These simple, welcoming one hour sessions will take place following our Monday and Saturday Yoga For Cancer classes at Jenna Blair Yoga Wellbeing Centre, Shrewsbury.

Whether you’d like to talk, share experiences, meet others or simply enjoy a warm drink and some company, you will be warmly welcomed.

FREE to attend for anyone who has ever received a cancer diagnosis.

Donations are welcomed to help us continue offering these supportive sessions in the future.

Mondays 2, 9, 16 & 23 November | 2.30-3.30pm

Saturdays 7, 14, 21 & 28 November | 11.15am-12.15pm

I was combining a nursing career and guiding yoga classes feeling tired and not quite balanced . A year last week I retired from nursing and now quide 5-6 yoga classes a week . Not one class feels like work , never have I not wanted to turn up on the mat 🙏. The lovely thing is I’m still helping people … let go, balance, breath , build strength, relax, connect , reset the nervous system , restore. Yoga has enriched my life and I’m so lucky to share that experience ☺️
