Now in my 6th year of running a 30 Day January Plank Challenge with over 120 people taking part this year. super proud to say we have raised thousands for different charities along the way - this year staying close to home with just 2 days to go where these now super strong people who started at just 20 seconds will hold their plank for 5 minutes or more on Friday
