We spend four consecutive sessions educating all our swimmers with real experiences— of every age and ability — on what they would do if they got into difficulty in open water.
As part of this, our swimmers wear clothes in the pool to understand first-hand what it feels like to move and stay safe in water whilst fully clothed — because accidents don't happen in swimsuits with swimming goggles on!
