The Sculpt Method exercises use 4 incredibly effective movements to work deep within the muscles of the focused areas of the body; giving you the tighter, leaner, stronger physique you’ve always wanted.
PULSE - tiny inch movements to fire up the muscles and get the body (and brain) used to the movement.
HALF RANGE - there’s nowhere for the muscle to go here and it’s he most strenuous and possibly unforgiving movement out of the 4. The burn lets you know that the muscles are tightening, lifting and strengthening with literally each half range movement.
