What a wild 7 days...

This was a great way go end a week that has had some brilliant highs and some tough lows. Some time walking in amazing surrounding. So lucky to live in Yorkshire and so many cool places on my doorstep.

Here’s what that added up to:
• Goblet Squats: 150 reps
• Press Ups: 160 reps
• Lunges: 216 total reps (108 each leg)
• Russian Twists: 116 reps
• Rows: 248 total reps (124 each side)
• Tricep Extensions: 132 reps
• Front Raises: 140 reps

Discipline compounds.
Small effort becomes undeniable strength.

Not perfect. Not easy.
But forged through daily action.
We didn’t chase motivation.
We matched the day.
We chose our path.
We trained with purpose ⚔️

🔢 WHAT WAS BUILT IN 30 DAYS
Here’s what showing up daily actually added up to:
• Goblet Squats: 75 reps
• Press Ups: 80 reps
• Lunges: 108 total reps (54 each leg)
• Russian Twists: 58 reps
• Rows: 124 total reps (62 each side)
• Tricep Extensions: 66 reps
• Front Raises: 70 reps

That’s not luck.
That’s discipline stacking quietly.
If you did every day — respect.

End of an era.

Time to step away from club athletics and coaching for the year.

12 years of coaching, competing and team managing at time has taken its toll with everything else thats happened in my life.

I need a reset and now seems the perfect time.

How it works:
The day of the year = total reps
One main movement per day
Choose your level
Split reps however you like
Can reset every month → anyone can join anytime

Example (Day 14)
DAY 14 – PUSH-UPS
Your target: 14 reps
Split them however you want.
Choose your level:
🟢 Beginner: Knee or incline push-ups
🔵 Intermediate: Full push-ups
🔴 Advanced: Tempo, deficit, or weighted
