New kit alert! 🚨
Spent yesterday afternoon building up this delightful (😈) piece of kit.
99% of the equipment we have at Titus Strength Training is what you would class as "freeweight", "bodyweight" or "conditioning" equipment. This is equipment such as pull up bars, kettle bells, tractor tyres, barbells & plates, sleds, battle ropes, rowers, attack bikes etc... and although I personally believe that the majority of people would benefit greatly from including this type of equipment into their training sessions, sometimes there is no real substitute to achieve pure quad activation and aid in knee rehab than a leg extension machine.👌🏻
Can't wait to try this beauty out😬
