We offer fun and active classes for girls and boys aged 4.5 years + and offer schools and preschools specialist gymnastics advice and classes.

Today we hosted our first ever Aerobics competition!🌟 It was a fun summer festival theme where the gymnasts could choose their own costumes and hairstyles☀️ . We had an absolute blast! The gymnasts, costumes, spectators, judges and coaches were amazing. In the afternoon we hosted our floor and vault competition and the children that took part were incredible ! They dressed up and made their own name signs to show the judges 💙Thank you to everyone who got involved to make it such a fun filled day! We would like to thank for providing the sound system and seating for our event. We’d also like to say thank you to for the T-shirts, banners and stationary and lastly to our amazing staff and volunteers who make this happen! In true Katherine and Holly style we managed to take one photo of the whole event - this very lonely looking banner at the end of the day when we were packing away - but I feel this just shows how busy we were and how much fun we had! We look forward to seeing you all again next year. ☀️🎉

Gymnastics training will be going ahead as normal despite the hot weather. Our hall is equipped with an air-cooling system, which will help maintain a cooler training environment.

To ensure the wellbeing of all gymnasts, we will be adapting the session by reducing the amount of high-intensity physical exercise and incorporating additional water breaks throughout training.

Please ensure your child brings a named water bottle and wears appropriate lightweight training clothing.

Huge congratulations to our amazing aerobic gymnasts who competed today at the Southern Region Aerobics Competition in Fareham! 🌟

The gymnasts took part in both the open and closed categories where their hard work, commitment, and passion for the sport shone through on the floor today. Just taking part is a huge achievement.
They represented the club brilliantly - Well done gymnasts and coaches! 🎉👏

We just got the exciting news today that they’ve been selected to represent the South Region at the upcoming gymnastics tumbling competition this June! 🏆🤸‍♂️

Well done boys and coaches! We can’t wait to see how you get on!
